WiFi networks — fleet-common

Shared by every box (KV config.wifi). Applied by agents running --allow-actions as pw-wifi-* connections; hand-added connections are never touched. Passwords are stored in the KV.

SRTLA uplinks — (pick a device)

Modems are always bonded. Ethernet & wifi are bonded by default — toggle one off to drop it from the bond (needs the box's agent with --allow-actions). A no-internet port is auto-skipped.
